We love our brand new Pilot! Chris Santiago was incredibly helpful letting us check out cars across the brands. When we settled in the Pilot as our choice he helped us find the features we wanted and then looked at what they had coming. He even talked with another dealer about the option of transferring in another vehicle. This dealership is great for not tagging on extra dealer adds you don't need. The team is great, and I didn't come away feeling pressured. A great experience through the entire process!
I could not have asked for a better experience! After 7 years of waiting it out with my former vehicle, I knew it was time for something new and dependable. Taylor was my salesman and he was wonderful. Through a month process of deciding which vehicle would be perfect for me and my family Taylor was so patient with me. I told him the details and qualities of what I was looking for and he couldn’t have found me the most perfect suv. I am so much more than satisfied. I am so appreciative for Taylor because I asked ALOT of questions and he was always there to answer with a smile on his face. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years living in Houston. I dreading having to buy a new truck. Most dealers stacked on dealers installed options I did not want, over charged for documents fees, or do whatever they can to increase profit above the asking price. They gave me a great price on a new Ridgeline, a fair offer on my trade in, did not pressure me for any extended warranty, and charged a reasonable document fee. Edgar was very knowledge about his product and helpful. I usually do a lot of research and most times know more about the product than the salesperson. Not in this case. It was refreshing to actually learn something from Edgar. He knew his stuff. It was well worth the 60-minute drive to Galveston to buy from Classic. On top of that, we had a nice dinner on the Seawall. The whole team should be commended.
