2017 Buick Encore Preferred

I just got my new Honda civic sport! I’m beyond hype and so grateful for the team at Rohrich Honda. Big shoutout to Anthony, for being so warm and inviting. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the sell. The biggest help! And shoutout to Curtis for his enthusiasm when handing over the keys to me. He took the pics!

Service was completed as scheduled and was thorough (oil change and replacement of a/c recall part). Markus and staff were friendly and accommodating in the process. Especially arranging special pick up at Honda sales showroom after 5 PM. It is challenging to get to service department by 4:30 pm before closing. I would give a 5-star rating if there was a courtesy car or shuttle service to get me to/from the service garage to my workplace (less than 10 minutes away from Honda Service location). I appreciated the courtesy oil change; however, I spent the savings in Uber charges to/from the Service Center.

I found it really easy to work with Tim at the Collision Center. He struck me as honest and straightforward in our dealings. He coordinated with the Service Center to arrange for an oil change and another repair inside the vehicle while it was there for body work. And I really appreciated that my final bill lined up with his estimate (which was about $700 less than what another area dealership had quoted me for the same repair). Would definitely bring my vehicle here again if I’m in need of another repair!
