I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Mike Jones and Kelly with Simply Drive. I have went thru some major health issues the past year and finally recovered enough to drive again. With my father's help he worked with Mike and Kelly to secure a beautiful car for me. We couldn't get up there right away for me to look at it and even though Mike had multiple people come to look at it he held it for us with a small down payment till we got up there. This company is what caring, compassion and understanding is all about. They are professional and really care about their customers and will go the extra mile to help them. They listened to our budget and was able to find something for us. I'm beyond blessed to have a beautiful car from some amazing people. To Edgar in which he made me comfortable while I was there. Any doubts, any questions, he had answers for everything. He’s a natural and deserves a promotion or recognition. With his patience and knowledge, I was able to pick the vehicle I needed for my Family. And to end my experience there was Taylor. What a gem Mercy Auto has on their team.
