Where do I start!!! Adams Enterprises will now be my go to car dealer whenever I am in the market for a vehicle, and I live 450 miles away! I have never felt more comfortable buying a vehicle, this company truly cares about its customers! I worked closely with Craig Adams through my car buying process and Craig completely exceeded my expectations! Since this was my first time buying a car before even looking at it I had a lot of questions, and when I say a lot I mean even I thought I was being annoying at times. Craig sent me multiple pictures of the car inside and out, responded quickly to my text messages and all my questions, and was always available when I needed to communicate with him over the phone! For as many questions as I had I figured it was only a matter of time before Craig started getting frustrated with me. I was wrong! Craig was extremely helpful and not once made me feel like he didn't want to help me anymore. Even after I paid for the car Adams Enterprises was extremely helpful! Craig worked with me and set up shipping for my car and communicated with me on a regular basis about the progress of my shipping. After a week someone offered to pick up my car and deliver it for $600, I decided to turn that offer down and drive to Indiana to pick up the car myself. When I got there I was greeted by Gary and he was very polite and helpful! Its not to often that you find a car dealership where there main focus is customer satisfaction, I now understand why they have been in business for over 50 years! P.S. I hesitated leaving this review because I didn't want people to know about this hidden gem.
