2018 Buick Encore Preferred

I was shopping for a new car and this place came up after another dealership did not have the car that I wanted. I actually used CarGurus to contact this dealership and inquire on a 2016 BMW 328i in blue. Ferco immediately contacted me back the same day (1 hour). No other dealership I contacted did this. My friend and I both went to look at the car and we met Alex, which is a great salesman at Ferco. Very nice gentleman, very upfront. He explained that the specific car I wanted had issues. So he showed me a car that was the exact same model but in a different color. Their financing is fast and simple and I also received extended warranty (@ cost). The car is amazing but on the 6th day the AC compressor died. I went on a Saturday to have it fixed. To my surprise, their mechanic section is closed on the weekends. My opinion is that they should have it open because that's when most people have the day off from work. I then came back Wednesday and they had a replacement by Thursday. Today is Friday and it's being installed now. So when the mechanic shop is open, they are quick. The car did have some defects, due to use, but it's all cosmetic and I've already replaced most of it. I highly recommend Ferco. I will say though, that with any dealership, go into it with knowledge of vehicles. If you aren't, take someone that is. That way you can avoid buying something that isn't worth the money you are spending and or a lemon.

I just bought a BMW from Ferco this weekend and Jose was very knowledgeable and helped immensely with purchasing this vehicle at a great price! I'm leaving it for a few days to change out a part and fix a small issue with the back seats...I appreciate his recommendations to leave it a few days to get these fixes done right and not rush things to make sure its done right. I feel we are in good hands and I'm excited to start driving my new car! Thank you again Jose for showing me all the options and making it easy for us! ????????

Orlando was and still is amazing. He immediately knew exactly what I needed for me and my family. He found the perfect car for me in literally one glance.
