Connie, the service manager handled my truck repair as if it was her own. Great enthusiasm and warm personality that made me feel valued! I appreciate the ride that Robbins provided to drop me off and pick me up the next day to get my Silverado. Warranty work was completed within 12 hours.

My experience at this location was less stressful than I expected. I made a call for a diagnostic test and was given the wrong information by an employee. After arriving to the dealership and speaking with Carl, I was given the proper information. I was without my car for a few days but Carl kept me informed about everything that was going on and made me feel much more comfortable leaving my car. His customer service and professionalism was much needed and amazing.
