Danny Hayes and everyone else was so awesome. It was such an enjoyable experience hands down the best dealership I’ve dealt with in a long time. All my questions answered. There was no pressure i felt at home very comfortable environment. Dan made me feel very relaxed. Thank you for a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to work with. The service department associate I worked with noticed my inspection was due and was able to work that into my scheduled appointment. I mentioned that one of my lug nuts was missing, and that I had spares in the glove box, but they found a brand new one and replaced it at no charge. My estimated wait time was spot on. Customer service the way it should be!

I needed to have my side view mirror replaced and quick because I was driving out of state with my daughter 2 days later. I take my car to Cappellino and I explained this to Steve in the collisions repair department. Normally the parts take a few days to get in, and I couldn’t wait that long due to me traveling. He found a used mirror that was able to be overnighted. I brought my car back the next day and he replaced the mirror and it looks good as new. I expected the cost to be high because it was an emergency rush job and this is a dealer. I remember what the cost was decades ago for the same fix on my old car and with inflation, I was just waiting for it and was going to take the hit because I was grateful he could fix it. I was floored at how reasonably priced it was. A fraction of what I was expecting and the work was stellar. I bought my car from another dealer out of state before I moved here, so it wasn’t like I was a VIP customer. It was my first time through their doors. As a woman, I’ve dealt with some shady characters at car repair places in the past, and Steve and the good folks at Cappellino treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism and charged me a price that was even less than I what I would have considered to be fair. I cannot recommend them more!
