We had the best car buying experience at Walker Kia! Derek Jeter was patient, honest about everything and answered all of our questions. He even greeted me with an umbrella when I arrived because it was pouring rain! I love my new 2024 Kia Sorento!

Derek JETER was our salesman. He was very informative and helpful. Made the sales experience pleasant. He also has followed up to ensure our satisfaction. In addition, when we showed up for our first oil change he met us in the parking lot.

Phenomenal. Blaze was the sales person that sold us the Kia. Such a charismatic character! He made this a genuine positive experience. Take a peek at all these sales person of the month trophies he has. That’s all I’m going to say, because I don’t want to ruin your surprise. Nora, at the front desk, is a warrior as well. She makes you instantly feel welcome. Not rushed or even annoyed. Sadly, that’s often the case with “Customer Service” anymore. If your car is going to be there a while for Service, a shuttle will take you to the shopping nearby Meanwhile, the lounge area has complementary snacks, coffee and water.
