2019 Buick Encore Preferred

The experience yesterday that the certified used Hyundai dealership in Newport, Richy was one of my best car buying experiences to date and I’ve been buying cars for 20+ years. Chris LaCroix Was by far the most helpful, patient, informative, and easy-going sales person I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. I purchased the car through a third-party. Was there to simply pick it up. Unfortunately, the paperwork was never sent to the dealership which caused a bit of confusion to say the least. I had driven two hours to the dealership in anticipation of just having to take ownership of the car and be done, but that was not the case and that is where Joey Mayo the finance manager came in and was able to get everything resolved. Not only Ted both of them go above and beyond when they did not have to. They were able to save me around $100 a month on my car payment by noting an error that was made by the third-party they also were able to get me a lower interest rate too. I had gone to Brandon Hyundai a few days prior with the same approach did all the legwork via the phone was anticipating arriving to pick up the car and it was the second worst buying experience I’ve ever encountered not only. Did they not show me the vehicle. The vehicle wasn’t even on site by the time it was arrived, I was given a 32nd test and was being coerced to just sign the paperwork. It was sleazy slimy and unprofessional. Luckily the guys at New Port Richey Hyundai new how to do their jobs. They took the time to show me the insane amount of features on the new car as well as allow me to test drive it, it was clean filled with gas and ready to go. I would recommend the Newport Ritchie Hyundai dealership to anyone that is looking for a Hyundai. Hands-down, one of the best carbine experiences I’ve ever ever had, and it could have easily gone the complete opposite way. Chris and Joey I can’t thank you enough my wife loves the car!!!
