2020 Buick Encore Preferred

This was my first visit to San Marcos Auto Center since their opening. I found the personnel, including Corey the owner, to be very friendly and welcoming. The shop was clean, as was the waiting area. The waiting area was large. It included a TV and coffee service area. I brought both of my cars for an oil change. The wait time was super quick and efficient; unlike the small, cramped, and greasy "quicky" oil change places. The oil change price surprised me as to how reasonable, and actually how low they were when compared to the competition. In the future I definitely plan to use San Marcos Auto Center for all of my vehicle needs

I did not have an appointment and was actually passing through. The team were extremely polite, and were able to put my undercarriage back firmly in place. I had traveled 8 hrs it was coming loose. Had 3 bolts in it by Ozona, had a to just put the undercarriage in the back of the car. The people at San Marcos Auto Center, put in all the bolts and plugs at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business. Lesson: when you get your oil changed make sure they replace all plugs and bolts.

Reuben and his team did a great job diagnosing and working with me to get my A/C fixed on my Buick Encore. They run a trustworthy business and are kind and respectful. Excellent customer service and top notch mechanics. They also supplied shuttle service to/from my house on two occasions. I would highly recommend them!!
