2020 Buick Encore Preferred

5 stars for Sales and Service We've always had positive experiences when this was Axelrod and even now that Spitzer has taken over. We did have an issue with the finance office on our recent lease buyout, due to a misleading F&I guy. We were able to resolve the issue, but it never should have happened. F&I needs to be more transparent with customers and clearly explain the products and processes. Even though we had a bad experience in the finance office, we will continue to return to this dealership for sales and service.

Taylor was very considerate and understanding. Once I told her what I was looking at and what I was able to afford she list she got me into an amazing car. She listened to all my concerns and met my expectations to the fullest. She had a great attitude and a wonderful spirit! Thank you so much for my Buick !
