Royal Motors is exceptional! I have been to several used car dealers in our area over the last 6 months, and Royal, by far, was the best. They felt like friends the first time we stopped in, they weren't pushy in any way, a 3 month warranty comes standard with their used cars, and the prices were better than fair. I will recommend them to everyone we know.

It's nice working with a car dealer who understand that making a customer safe is the most important part of selling a used car. They helped a mailman that delivers to our shop get a car. Great place to do business.

I wish I could give them 10 STARS! My car buying experience was absolutely amazing. I planned to visit the auto strip on 13 in bristol ;but the first dealership I walked into, Royal Motors, stole my heart. Larry and Marc, the salesmen, were truly exceptional and assisted me every step of the way. Even though it was a Sunday and nearly 5 o'clock, Marc stayed back to ensure everything was taken care of that day. It was really impressive. When buying a car, it is important to trust the people and the place you are dealing with- and these guys are the ones !!I ended up purchasing a Chevy Equinox, it looks like new. I cannot express how pleased I am with this dealership. I highly recommend it 20/10 - this will be my go-to place from now on. THANK YOU.
