2019 Buick Encore Preferred

I financed my car about a month ago and let me tell you… I love this place. I understand that with every used car there may or may not be issues because it is USED and that’s a choice you have to make on your own, but I have had no issues with my vehicle. Also I adored my sales representative! I believe her name is Terry Ann, I could be wrong but I was so stressed the day I walked in there I wasn’t focused. She listened when I talked and answered my questions with more than just a yes or no. I also had my 5 year old with me and when he spoke to her she was very sweet with him. Not everyone has a good experience when buying a new/used car but I can honestly say that over all I was more than pleased! So thank you for being awesome!!! Another note for anyone reading, I have no credit AT ALL and I didn’t get the run around. They financed me and told me an exact number that I needed which was a blessing since I had already been to 2 other dealerships and had no luck.
