My husband and I had been shopping for a car, luxury car, finally! Frequently, I was searching Valley Cadillac’s website for inventory and came across a 2020 XT5 with low mileage that I was in the parking lot searching for, but sadly had been sold. John Caruso, sales professional had been in the lot and asked if he could help us, neither of us knew it, but John fell into a sale that day. John brought us inside to check the inventory, since what I originally went for had been sold. There was a whole row of XT5’s! He showed us a model that was in our price point, John didn’t know that detail. He helped us get into a test drive, and boy was I in love with it! While on the test drive, John asked if everything worked out would we be interested in “making a deal”, sure why not?! We had a lease on our current car with 5 mos. left. We told John if he could get us out of our lease, and where we needed to be with our monthly payment, that we were ready to buy. After a little back and forth, John had a deal! He also made arrangements for us to drive it home that day. John helped us obtain our insurance cards and registration and made sure the car was cleaned up for us to drive home. John spent so much time with us making sure we knew how to operate the car, and the little details of the car. The car parks itself, people! This was our first experience with Valley Cadillac and John Caruso and I don’t think it will be our last. I would definitely recommend John and Valley to anyone looking for a luxury car. We’ve had our car 2 weeks and we love it! Thank you, John for all your professional help! Clearly, you love your job and serving the people shopping for vehicles.
