2019 Buick Encore Preferred

Recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport from Rich. He was extremely profesional, helpful, and honest. I was not sure what to expect, as this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and I have always heard bad things about dealerships. Rich and the staff at Davis Honda went above and beyond! They had unbeatable financing, warranties, and service agreement. The car buying process was so simple. Rich explained our options of buying new vs used, the interest rate differences, and answered every technical question we had about the Civic Sport. Very talented, no-pressure salesman. Once we were ready to sign he even helped setup car play, explained all the technology inside the car like advanced cruise control, the lane departure system, and the auto-stop feature. Bernadette explained all of our financing options, optional packages, and helped us understand everything we were signing in a clear and concise manner. She did not rush us at all, even though we started the process in the evening, and stayed late to help us! Totally recommend asking for him he helped me figure out which car I was looking for, I test drove it, he was able to get me some great deals, helped me figure out insurance, everything you name it! I and my son Maurice are very pleased with the professionalism we were given by Justin ( our sales representative) ,Pete ,Don and David ( Finance manager ) at Davis Honda ! The process was very easy.. As a single mom ,I am skeptical at times if I am viewed as just a $ $ but from the 1st hello from Justin we were treated like family . He gave us his cell # to stay in touch over night and provide updates. I didn't feel pressured ,they gage suggestions and advice . Justin was so knowledgeable on the Honda Civic ,fron the key fob,radio, safety features ,he even know about my car a Lincoln and he was personable . The car is within our budget and we got GAAP + the Davis warranty and it didn't break the bank!. Very pleased ,this is the 2nd Honda purchased here in our bloodline , my oldest bought his here In January. Thank you again team ????
