2021 Buick Encore Preferred

UPDATE: My Suntrup salesperson had my issue fixed and lent me a demo for the time my vehicle was in the shop. Looks good as new and I am satisfied with the end result. Communication with salesperson was always a priority and I appreciate it. Also was returned to me all cleaned out, which is why I have changed my review to 5 stars. Old 1 star review: Bought a Demo from them in 2020 brand new with warranty. am now dealing with a crack in my paint that VW will not cover. also, service has been the worst I have ever experienced. Worst car experience in my life

I just purchased my first Volkswagen vehicle from this dealership and I must say, every one involved was AMAZING! Will was my salesman and he was a sweetheart! Kelly, finance administrator was great as well! I was treated with the utmost respect and they listed to everything I was interested in and made it happen. I will definitely come back to purchase from them in the future! Overall great experience, keep up the awesome work guys!

Brandon is the absolute best thing that was apart of my experience here! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was patient through the process. He answered all of my questions, checked in multiple times after the buying process and is still responding quickly and positively a year and a half after my purchase (I have a lot of questions). He truly shines. He cares for each individual, what they’re looking for and want. He feels like a friend and not a sales person. Brandon was such a blessing as I was very stressed with life and the car process especially during a more crisis time of getting cars.
