2015 Buick Encore Base

We bought a 2010 Jeep Patriot after searching out something reasonable online, in desperate need after our car caught fire. Allen and Jaime were so accommodating and helpful. They worked with us, financing, and even picked us up before they normally opened from IHOP so that we could get everything squared away. They’ve got it down to an art, navigating the paperwork effortlessly, great customer service, the whole package when it comes to buying a car. With the car, there are a few aesthetic/minor things to fix, but none that seem to affect how the car runs and looks overall. We love it, and will definitely come back for our next car.

I was impressed by the willingness of Allen and Jaime to work with me to replace my car when it was totalled by a hit-and-run driver. They had the carfax information printed out, and they shared the details of what they did to the car when they got it. There was an issue with the DMV, but they resolved it. They were able to work with me to match my settlement money, and the 2011 KIA Soul I bought was clean and runs well. I am very pleased with Family Auto Sales.

A fair price attracted us to go look at the RAV4 we were interested in. These are top people to deal with and you can tell right from the start. The sales process was painless and we were grateful.
