2018 Buick Encore Preferred

We found a car here from an online posting. We arrive and we're immediately helped. The car was as listed and was what we expected to find. They were reasonable and fair with pricing negotiations. We realized we lived close to the owners as we filled out paperwork, and they even offered to drop off the license plates to us so we didn't have to drive back over there. They put their promises in writing without us having to ask, and then fulfilled those promises. The car that was purchased is working fine and it's just what we needed.

I needed a car for my mother, and this Forte was exactly what I had in mind. It runs and drives very nice and she loves it. Ivan and Adam were very helpful and courteous. They have a great inventory of attractive vehicles. Very easy sale and I paid $1000 less than book value.
