2018 Buick Encore Preferred

I had been without a vehicle for a year but driving my sons truck, and I knew Jeremy Vorndran. I had purchased a vehicle off him sometime ago. I contacted him in Columbia City and told him what I had found on the website. He went out of his way to make me fit in this vehicle. He brought it to his house on Christmas Eve for me to test drive for a few hours and then he cleaned it up and had the oil changed and did whatever he did to make it get sold to me. On January 3, 2025, I purchased the vehicle from him. I told him that he was good to me the first time so I am coming back for seconds, and so far I am pleased with the car and still adapting to it. If I could rate more than five stars I would!!! I was ready to give up!! Broken promises from other dealerships saying they could get me a loan; only to arrive and either needing an ungodly amount for a down payment, or a cosigner; I would end up walking out defeated. I came across Auto Credit USA out of Ft. Wayne. And Chano made the complete process run extremely easy!! I explained I was over an hour away, and we did the whole application process over the phone and I was approved! I told him what amount I had down for a payment and I was approved for an awesome Jeep!! I arrived the following week, and the staff as soon as I walked in the door was extremely friendly!! I signed my paperwork and left with an amazing ride!! Definitely will recommend this place for anyone having issues getting a car loan!! Chano and his staff went above and beyond!! Thank you!!
