2018 Buick Encore Preferred

Very impressed with the sales at Ferguson. Buying from out of state made me very nervous. Greg did a wonderful job at sending me all the information I wanted along with videos. We agreed on price and Gage from finance worked with myself and my bank to get paperwork completed. The vehicle was driven 840 miles to me in TN by a very nice gentleman named Okie. I absolutely hate car shopping but after doing my research I decided to go with Ferguson Buick and Im glad I did. I originally came in just to look around and ask a few questions about two vehicles but with Kaitlin, Nathan and Brian's help I left with my new car the same day.
