2019 Buick Encore Preferred

They are amazing! Can't say enough good things. So kind, helpful, patient, willing to explain things to a non-car person. Didn't charge me for the initial go-over of the car that easily took them an hour. They loaned me a car for several days while mine got work done and did not charge me, made sure everything was working as it should before I got my car back, and came in $200 under the *lowest* quote they gave me (and thousands less than another place). They have my undying devotion now. My Subaru is in good hands.

Andrew squeezed me in for a brake service. He was respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job on my car. I would definitely return and refer them to others.

Andrew and his team are fantastic. Not only had their work been top notch, the customer service is incredible. With 3 used vehicles, we need seemingly constant mechanic work on something, or something needs an inspection, or the tires changed. They do it all, Subaru or otherwise (we only have one Subaru). We bought a vehicle from Andrew, he'd just gotten it in sand hadn't gone through it to check it out. Turns out it needed way more than Andrew or ourselves could have expected. Andrew went above and beyond what he needed to in order to give us a safe, reliable vehicle. I have been so pleased with his services. Grateful to have a connection to such an honest, good, auto service. Highly recommend.
