2019 Buick Encore Preferred

I had to have some unexpected service on my 2008 RAV4 this week. It was daunting, but Justin West and Nichol Ferguson walked me through the process with the most gentle and kind attention to what I needed, and I am so grateful. My problem solved, everything done when they said it would be, and it was easy because of them.

I got a deal so good I paid for it with pocket change! So, here’s the deal.I was looking for a used hatchback in good condition with no wrecks under 60k miles and it had to be less than 69” wide to fit in my tiny garage…and i wanted to keep it at $11,000 or less. All the Norman car dealerships said no way. You’re looking for a unicorn there. Here, look -searching the entire nation - there are no deals like that out there. I looked for private sellers, caravan, car fax, autotrader, you name it. Then, I saw this Honda Fit on Marketplace that sounded like just what I was looking for. It was listed by Glenn Aldrich at Jim Norton Toyota in Oklahoma city. I was VERY skeptical because most of the goof deals on Marketplace are scams. But not THIS one, I found my unicorn! It was so well cared for my daughter thought I’d bought a new car. Inside & out - not a scratch. And Glenn was so nice. Wasn’t pushy or sleazy trying to get a higher price than was listed. I appreciate that - if the car dealer is demeaning or pushy or deceptive, the whole dealership is shady. They were even nice enough to drive it to Norman for me because I didn’t have a second driver! And I had the car inspected by my mechanic AND the Honda dealership. No problems. Drives perfect. So, yeah, 5 stars but I would give them 7. Thanks, Glenn. I have been looking for an older Lexus convertible for my wife since her Mom's passing. I searched all over the place and found the perfect one at Jim Horton. They did a BRILLIANT job of cleaning up the 2002 Lexus SC430 and making sure everything was in tip-top condition. They also delivered the care to my wife, and she was BLOWN AWAY. What a great testament to a terrific dealership and an AWESOME TEAM! Thank you guys!!!
