2019 Buick Encore Preferred

I had a very positive experience. Robert was wonderful!!! I had a negative experience at another Nissan dealership in another state. Due to that experience, I wasn't sure how this experience was going to turn out. It seems as though businesses only care about making money and not about how the customer would be affected. After speaking with Robert he gave me some of the best news I could hope for! The other dealership tried to overcharge me for something but Robert let me know that the service was covered 100% under a warranty I didn't know I had. Due to how the cost of living is continuously rising, it's a good feeling to leave a business in good spirits than when I arrived. This type of honesty is what would bring me back as a lifetime customer.

Robert at Bob Howard Nissan was very helpful in the buying process. Everyone I encountered had a smile, a kind word, and offered to help. They truly made the car buying experience much more pleasant.
