The sales person met us outside and was very personable and explained everything to us very well. The business worked with us on the price of the vehicle and with the issue with the rims and tires. we are very pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of all of the employees who worked with us. I came in without an appointment to address some issues and also get an oil change. Patience worked me in, helped research my warranty coverage and followed up with updates throughout the process. She was super courteous, professional, and thorough. It was a great experience and my Yukon is back running great again.
