2017 Buick Encore Preferred

It was a very easy and pain free process. I go referred to talk to Geoff Barklow and he did an amazing job! We did most of the transaction via email which was very convenient for me. I was able to stop in and test drive the car I wanted and he gave me numbers on what my monthly payment would be. The next day I came back in and we signed the finance papers and we were in our new Equinox!! The whole thing took maybe 30 mins! Would definitely come back to Runde and work with Geoff again!

I was very happy with my experience at Runde, there was no pressure ever and I was only reached out to see if they could answer any further questions. They respected the fact that it’s obviously a big financial decision and I needed time to decide unlike other dealerships. Anything that been problematic since has been taken care of swiftly.

These guys take amazing care of me. Anytime I need anything- even if they are booked solid- they always work me in. I thought my fuel pump going out would be a much bigger deal and take a lot longer to fix. I called Casey at 730am and the guys had my traverse parked back in my driveway by 1pm. Top notch humans that always go above and beyond!!
