Sault Ste. Marie Fernelius is amazing! I have been a customer of theirs since the opened. Everyone is not only more than competent in their various departments, but cheerful and genuinely friendly. Nora knows me well enough to know the things in a vehicle are importantly to me. She answers all my questions well and was able to match me up with the perfect car. Kristen in finance was great in this process as well. Even Todd, in charge of service came over, congratulated me and more importantly updated me on an awaiting part for our other Hyundai. Note even my son and wife from Grand Rapids area deciding they wanted to buy their next vehicle from here because there heard SMS seen how generous does business despite several other Hyundai dealers much closer to home.
The Fernelius Hyundai salesman, Dawson, and the manager, Newell, were absolutely wonderful. Their integrity was very apparent, and the dealership on a whole exuded this. We had a few phone conversations prior to deciding to drive to the Michigan Upper Peninsula to test drive and purchase the Palisade. When we arrived and discussed all the details with Dawson and Newell, it was so assuring that our phone conversations matched the information we were told and agreed to at the dealership. There was not one variation. Dawson spent quite an amount of time with us, and he answered all of our questions. If he did not know the answer, he consulted with a fellow employee to assure he was answering the question correctly. We were very satisfied and so pleased that we were always considered a valuable customer. We knew this was the culture of this Hyundai dealership. I praise Newell for setting the highest expectations for each and every staff member. These standards should be practiced in all dealerships, but sadly they are not. Shame on the corporations and owners! Thank you Dawson and Newell for the most pleasurable experience.
