2019 Buick Encore Preferred

One of the best places to buy a car. I shopped around the northern half of Illinois looking for a decent truck. Most of the places that I went to saw that I was young and did not care. Ryan was the only one (out of 20+ over a week) that actually sat down with me and tried. He was honest and straight forward. Ryan didn’t try to hide anything and even told me that there was an exhaust leak on the truck before I even sat down. At signing he told me just to bring the truck back in a few weeks and he would get that fixed. DiGiovanni’s is an amazing place to do business with real staff that care about doing the right thing, not making their customers go broke. Over all 5/5 place.

There’s an old saying that “Kindness, goes a long way,” and this place is a mere representation of that, and honesty! Brought my niece here, to get her first vehicle. Prior to coming here, she’d been turned down by two other places, as she was just beginning her credit journey. Ryan was so understanding that we all start somewhere. He was kind, and honest. He took the time to look at what she could afford, instead of just placing her in something she couldn’t, and then to add to that, he made sure, he placed her in a vehicle that was one he’d place his own family member in. He gave her an opportunity when no one else did, and because of him, she was able to take on extra hours at work and sign up for school. Prior to this, these goals were not able to be met, due to not having a vehicle to get to and from where she needed. You could tell by the way he talked to us, that to him, his customers are more than just another sale, and number. We can not thank him enough for the time and effort he placed in getting her into a safe, reliable vehicle. I would recommend them 100 times over, for anyone looking to be treated as though they are family, and for anyone looking for an honest car dealership! Thank you again and again! We are so appreciative!

This was the first lot that I called to see if they could help me out in an emergency situation, Ryan was super quick and very helpful. We don’t have a great credit situation but he was able to work hard and get us into something great within hours. Really saved us from a ton of stress and Uber fees! Thanks ryan!
