I have had the BEST experience at Boyd’s recently! My salesman was Kyle and the finance manager was Garret! I purchased a vehicle on 5-21-24 that vehicle unfortunately was totaled by a drunk driver on 6-14-24. I originally was not going to purchase gap insurance cause I’ve never had it why now?! Garrett told me the importance of having it thank you thank you so much!! Who plans on their vehicle getting totaled by a drunk driver in less than a month? I called them after this happened and let me tell you they had me in another car same SUV within a couple of days! Dealing with the insurance was a nightmare but Kyle and Garrett eased my stress! I will never go anywhere else again! They are the BEST!! Kyle is not only a salesman but he cares and took his time with showing me the car setting up the onstar and genuinely caring!
