I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by Josh and he was a complete delight. He has snacks and energy drinks for his appointments which was super appreciated. He understood that I was looking for a specific car and looked at every avenue possible to get me one of my dream cars. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Best car shopping experience I have ever had in my life!! My salesman, Scott, took the time to listen to my needs and my budget, which is rare in this industry. Scott was not pushy, he made no attempts to talk me into anything. He took the time to genuinely get to know me and I felt valued, respected, and completely at ease for the entirety of my buying experience. Every single employee there was incredibly nice, highly professional, and extremely respectful of my time, money, and specific needs for my vehicle purchase. I now consider myself a customer for life. If I was grading Kitsap Auto Outlet on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 100. They are just that good. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, make them your first and only stop, you won't regret it.

I am leaving this review solely because the auto sales representative Josh was immaculate in supporting us. When faced with a difficult situation every other dealership in the area turned us away, but Josh put in the extra time, energy, and effort to help us. He not only resolved our tough situation; he also gave great financial advice to benefit us the most. I would recommend this dealership to anyone simply because they will be in good hands with Josh. I greatly appreciate his work.
