As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a good morning and a smile by Ms Darlene. Ms Darlene reminded me of a service my vehicle needed while helping me. Thank goodness she reminded me cuz I completely forgot. Her customer service is impeccable. I also had a question that I needed to ask the mechanic and they were very helpful in assisting me. I will continue bringing my KIA here to know that it is receiving the best service that it can possibly get with top-notch mechanics and great customer service!

Nolan and Camilla were extremely nice and professional. Big shoutout to Nolan, he's extremely friendly and cordial. He was very diligent with the service so I didn't have to wait too long. The man is extremely hardworking being there six days a week. He's a true asset to the company and I hope you guys treat him well!

Excellent Service!! The people working in the service dept are very professional and courteous, especially Darlene. The excellent customer service that Darlene provides has motivated me to take my business nowhere else but kia on the blvd. She is someone very easy to work with and seems to have the best interest of the customer!! I saw a lot of value when I got my car serviced here vs the other dealerships in the area.
