2019 Buick Encore Preferred

I recently brought in my Sequoia for an alignment. Initially, there were some issues aligning it and it had to stay in the shop longer than expected. The girls at the service desk were extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. The mechanic who took over the job was friendly and in the end, got the alignment perfect. The service manager was very accommodating and ensured I was taken care of. After a rocky start, Toyota of Del Rio service department made sure I was taken care of and did a good job on my alignment.

Noah in sales is the man! They do good, professional, and friendly business here. They put me in a 2023 Tacoma SR5 and accommodated every request I had. The “Warranty Forever” that’s only offered at this dealership is pretty great too. Finance manager was a pleasure to work with as well.
