2019 Buick Encore Preferred

Lightning Auto has become my new go-to repair shop for my Corvette. I first went to them when my car was making noises and leaking things that no one wants to see from their car. As worrisome as that was, AJ talked me through the process and answered every question I had with ease. The shop also texted me a link with a very detailed explanation of everything they found during the diagnostic, and that was super helpful to have that visual and see the urgency of each issue. I’ve been twice more, once for my A/C and another for the check engine light. All visits have been so consistent and that’s something I love! The members at the front desk I’ve interacted with, AJ and Juan, have always been so helpful and friendly. The techs that have worked on my car, Kenny and Danny, have always done a phenomenal job at diagnosing and resolving issues. As much as I dislike car problems, knowing I have Lightning Auto brings me so much comfort and reassurance. They’re trustworthy, well-priced, knowledgeable, friendly, and I love the way they do business. Everything is always explained perfectly with a quick turnaround time. I couldn’t ask for any thing more!

I had a fantastic experience at Lightning Auto. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I came in for a tire repair right after hurricane Helene, and they fixed it immediately for me. Extremely good and honest people- and Nico (little boy) is the best!! He runs the show at the shop and it creates a great family atmosphere for everyone around. The service was fast, and my car feels better than ever on the road. They even checked a few extra things and gave me advice for future maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or services. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional auto care!

Also, thanks to the members (Danny and elderly man) working at the back end and taking proper care while installing the part to save me from additional cost. I am a 1st time customer at their shop, but they made me feel like a regular customer and took care of the car in a very timely manner. I will definitely recommend another memeber for this place.
