2019 Buick Encore Preferred

Purchased a 2015 Chevy Impala from them had a few mechanical issues and before I could get home they made me bring it back and found a few things that hadn't showed up yet and have went out of their way to make sure everything is going to be right . And have even ordered a few more things it's going to need. They are amazing and I highly recommend that you check with them before you go anywhere else. And the young lady in the office is so adorable and sweet. She makes sure you understand exactly what is going on and what you will need to do to get your tag on that new car. Bought a car from them early June, had mechanical trouble with it in the first week. Omar, the owner, heard about it, called me and wanted to make it right. I took the car in, he fixed the problem in two days with no extra charge and was very nice about it. It’s been running perfectly fine since! So very thankful for his kindness.
