This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in a long time. First, Jaylynn Taylor was a true professional. While being young and growing into her profession, she displayed the wisdom of a veteran. She knew her products and took a coach/consultant approach throughout the process, never pushy or salesy. We really liked working with her and you will too. Trevor was very professional as we negotiated the lease on our new Sierra EV, as well as the purchase of the truck we brought in. They had their price and I had mine...we negotiated and came to what I consider a fair deal for all parties. And last, the dreaded meeting in Finance. We met with Ben and again, had a pleasant experience. We all know that we'll be upsold on all the extended warranties they offer. My last two car purchases at another dealer were a complete nightmare. Not with Ben...he explained the products well and accepted a no without any BS. One of the products made sense for us and we enrolled, while the others did not and that was accepted with no hassle or strong-arming. If you're looking for a vehicle, I would encourage you to give them a shot at your business...

I called at 12:00pm to see if I could get my oil changed. I forgot the gentleman that answered the phone. He had me come in at 3:00pm and did the oil change and took care of the recall that was on my truck. Everyone made me feel at home. Everyone was very nice. The two gentleman who were taking care of checking me in treated me like family. I took my truck over to Landmark Chevrolet of Taylorville. Poor customer service. I called them on Wednesday morning last week and got the answering machine I never received a call back. I called back yesterday and got the answering machine. I will never go back to them. Thank you and your staff for being so nice.
