I am a remote shopper (in Georgia) and have been searching for a vehicle for several months via AutoTrader, CarFax, etc. I contacted Hatch in January and Eddie Madrid reached out to me. Over a couple of months, Eddie sent me many photos and answered lots of questions. I finally made a commitment in late February and saw the vehicle loaded on Transport on March 5. Eddie kept me updated and was a great liaison for this remote purchase. Thank you! Update: I’ve had the truck for a couple weeks and installed a good bit of aftermarket TRD items. One required I lower spare tire. It was then I discovered that jack accessory kit was missing. As I feel this is an integral safety item, I reached out to Hatch Stateline and asked for assistance. I was informed that since I purchased a used vehicle, no assistance would be provided. So, I reached out to Toyota Corporate and asked the same question. Waiting on response now. I own four Toyota/Lexus products and expect a little better service after the sale. Update #2: After reaching out to Management and Toyota Corporate, I was contacted my one of the Managers. He informed me that a jack and its accessory kit should have been included with vehicle and he was going to get it for me. So, months go and I had given up on ever seeing this stuff show up, so I bought my own on Ebay. The wrong lug wrench showed up and had to go to my local dealer to get the right one. I'm in it for over $125 now. Finally, 5 months later, I received the replacement parts from Hatch via UPS. I changed rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Can't see 5 stars due the initial denial of replacement part and the long lead time for providing same. The truck is great. "Initial" salesman communication was great. After sale support was provided, but took a lot of work.

Michelle is an amazing sales woman!! She put me in a vehicle that fits me and my budget perfectly! She was very patient and helpful with me and that’s super reassuring as a young adult moving up in the world!! La Don and the rest of the team were super helpful and explained every detail about the process to me and made sure I understood everything!!
