2022 Buick Encore Preferred

We went to 2 other dealerships before coming to Haley. Haley was definitely a pleasant experience compared to the previous 2 places. Diane Kaufman gave us excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I will look here first for my next vehicle.

Haley GMC Airport is a pleasure to work with. Janet was very prompt in answering my questions and helped me refine what things were important to me. The most impressive aspect was they were upfront about the costs and did not play any games during the purchasing process. I would definitely buy from them again!

After having our company car at two shops that could not tell us what was wrong with it, we took it to Airport GMC, where it was purchased. I spoke to Cliff on the phone, and he said he knew exactly what was wrong with the car, as there was a service bulletin on this issue. I dropped the car off, and two days later, we had the car back. the bushings we bad in the lower control arms, and needed four-wheel alignment. Thanks, Cliff and Bill for all your help
