I’ve been purchasing cars from Bob Ross Buick GMC for over 25 years and have always been very happy. I am confident that I as well as my vehicle are always taken great care of when I go in for service or just to look around. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. Very few places make you feel like you are part of their family, especially now. The team At Bob Ross has always done so!

I normally don't leave reviews, however Dan M. and Ken W. at Bob Ross really went out of their way to make sure that I had a wonderful car buying experience. With being an out of state buyer, they were very attentive to my needs, returned phone calls and emails, sent pictures - every question I had they answered... I couldn't have asked for more. The used car I purchased even had a recall - they helped me set up the service for that - in my home state! I appreciate all their work and dedication. They definitely have a client for life. Appointment booking was very easy. My service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were no surprise charges. The bill was exactly what he told me it would be up front. He also looked up my recall information and got those things taken care of as well.
