2013 Buick Encore Convenience

I was treated extremely well by this dealership. I was able to get a rapid response on a needed oil change and tire rotation on my Buick while in Midpoint's area only a very short time. I was welcomed promptly at door. Greeted with respect, and listened to. I never felt forced to make a purchase. Mr. Ed was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Everyone spoke well of each other. Mr. Ed, followed up with me a week later and made sure my car was driving smooth. And not to forget, I didn't even know the GM was the GM. I watched him (GM) be kind to his workers and work in place for others who were out with grace, excellence, and not begrudgingly. That's rare. Not to mention my deal was finished in 2 hours flat. NEVER had that experience. My experience - 10/10 recommend! Shout to Mr. Ed & Midpoint!

This was my first pleasant car buying experience start to finish! Kenny and Jeremy were so helpful and communicated with us quickly and honestly. They were flexible with us and our schedule and didn’t try to sell the car because we couldn’t come immediately. I expected to drive up to a small local dealership because they were so nice and easy to work with but they have a full lot of great options. The paper work was all ready and the vehicle was exactly what they had described. Jeremy was so warm and easy going and Kenny followed up with us after the purchase just to make sure we were happy! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
