2013 Buick Encore Convenience

I can't say as I've purchased a vehicle from these gentlemen, but on Wednesday 11/20/24, I was 4 hours from home in Neosho purchasing a mulcher for my CTL. I showed up with a trailer just barely big enough to hold this thing, sitting on top of 2 soft tires. Being an auto dealer with a shop, I limped my rig to X Sell Auto, where Justin spent nearly an hour helping me inflate tires & gave me a hitch with enough drop that the trailer would ride level & take some weight off the tires. He refused to take any money saying, "why can't people just help without expectation?". Attaching a picture of the mulcher on the trailer, just so y'all have an idea of what I'm trying to describe. To close out the story, I made it home safely, without any further issues, & I owe that to Justin's help. And yes, I know it was dumb of me to use this trailer for this haul...I was just being cheap (trying to save fuel)...I'll never do something like that again. They did all this for me & I wasn't even their customer; imagine what they'll do for their customers!

Recently got a used vehicle from them and I couldn't have been happier. The service and honesty I got from the sales team was great. I told them what I needed and they directed me to the vehicle that could get the job done. They listened to our concerns, investigated and fixed issues we heard while test driving even though it was minor. They even gave us a set of rotors and brakes because we thought they were what was causing the problem and it turned out I wasn't... So they just threw them in with the purchase. You can tell they want to do business with you and are willing to go that extra mile. I felt confident that my son drove off the lot with a vehicle that would last him several years without issues.
