2014 Buick Encore Convenience

Surprised to see bad reviews… I wanted to add my personal experience because I’ve had great luck with Southside. My first car from them was a Mini Cooper. Since then, I’ve bought a Cadillac, a Prius, an Infiniti, a Town Car, a Yukon Denali, and a Mustang from them. I’ve traded cars in, bought some through their financing program, and bought one with cash. I only had issues with ONE of the SEVEN cars I’ve bought from them, and the owner, Rob, immediately fixed things for me. Paul and his mullet are great! He has always been fair with me and always bent over backwards to help put me in the car I want. Same goes for Austin. Both of them are extremely nice and relatable. The mechanics are good at what they do and also very nice people. I always talk to them when I go in. The ladies in the office are absolute angels. They’re always so polite and they make sure to ask how you’re doing and answer any questions you might have. The owner is super cool. If an issue is escalated to him, he is fair and gives you an answer right away. If you run into him when you stop in to make a payment, he is happy to stop and take the time to talk cars with you. I highly recommend this lot. They have a car for everyone’s taste, and as long as you hold up your end of the deal they always take care of you. After buying from other lots and private parties in the past, now that I found Southside, I’ll never buy a car anywhere else

I went in with $1500 cash and drove out with a nice Ford Flex. They worked with me got a great price. Paul was awesome to work with. I'm extremely happy Thank You Southside Auto Sales 2 for a very pleasant and fast buy. Happy New Year for me in my new ride !
