Came in from Fort Wayne, IN to buy a 2025 Honda HR-V with my mom. Immediately I was impressed when we walked in, looked around, and used the bathroom without anyone trying to jump at us like other dealerships do. I had been in contact with Bill, the owner, and he knew I was coming and came up to us after a few minutes. He was so kind, had the car ready for me to check out, and although he was clearly VERY busy, I never felt rushed when speaking to him. No one ever tried to upsell us on anything, not once, and as a 23 year old female there with her mom, I cannot express how much I appreciated this experience today. The car itself is fabulous. It had a few spots on the seats that the detailer had missed and it was a little greasy on the inside from the detailer (whom Bill explained they had been outsourcing but will have someone of their own soon) and Bill did his best to rectify the spots on the seats and wiped everything down to get rid of the greasy feel. If you choose to buy from here, which I HIGHLY recommend, be patient with the financing as they just upgraded to a new building and were very busy so it did take some time but it’s SO worth it! You can clearly tell Bill cares about his customers and his dealership. He’s not there just to make a sale, but to make sure you’re getting what you want and what works best for you. He was SO caring, honest, down to earth, and personable. I’d make the hour and a half trip back here for a car in the future and I’ve already recommended this dealership to so many people. Huge thank you to Bill and both his sons, one of which helped over the phone and the other was there on the property.

Their communication was excellent, they stood behind what they sold, and they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. In a business where customer service can make all the difference, these guys absolutely exceeded expectations.
