Cody is an amazing young man. It was a pleasure meeting him, Dave, and Bruce. They all took amazing care of me and I am so very thankful for everything that they did. From the initial contact with Cody, he was awesome. He spent all the time that it took to find what best fit my budget and my needs, to Bruce who made sure that I had a cold drink, and to, Dave, the Finance Manager, who was so amazing and patient. I am so humbled and touched by all of them. We sealed the deal and were presented with an amazing rainbow to end the day?????? Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I would recommend this Greg Hubler in Muncie 1000 times over, to anyone and everyone. I had the pleasure of working with a sales man by the name of Cody. Not only was he knowledgeable and willing to answer my million questions, he listened to my concerns and validated any frustration I had that came from dealing with a different dealership. The test drive was fun and felt like I was driving around with an old friend and the check up calls for a couple of weeks after were very very appreciated. Not once did I feel pressured into anything and they worked to get me the best deal on not only my trade in, but with financing as well. Now I am the proud owner of a 2023 Kona. Cody if you read this...you are definitely one of the best!! I have a renewed faith that there really are good car dealerships who are for the people the serve and not just a dime in your pocket.

Everyone at this location was respectful and kind! Special thanks to Patrick for helping us pick out our dream car. They truly went above and beyond. For example, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it was really thoughtful that they went out of their way to ask pronouns during the financial process. They also make sure to follow up with you after the purchase. I would recommend this location and will return if our family needs to purchase a new vehicle.
