2013 Buick Encore Convenience

I purchased my Jeep from Country Auto Sales around the beginning of March, and after about a week, it started having a few issues. I called Terra and Rick, and they immediately told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it. When I brought it in, they provided me with a rental vehicle so I wouldn't be without transportation. Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated on what was going on with my Jeep and went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked thoroughly. They even got multiple opinions and replaced two parts just to ensure everything was in good working order. I picked my Jeep up yesterday, and it's running great! It's hard to find dealerships that genuinely stand behind what they sell, but Terra and Rick truly care about their customers and making things right.
