2013 Buick Encore Convenience

Been dealing with them for almost 10 years now! Cant remember who I originally worked with when they had the lot in Owosso/Corunna but I had got a 2008 Buick Enclave, now fast forward to 3 1/2 years ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat! They took my enclave back and got me in a 2015 buick verano! Expressed my liking of buicks and an Encore would be my next choice! Pat went above and beyond and everytime he cam across one he would give me a call! I saw a 2016 buick encore on their site wed shot him an email spoke on thursday and he had it at his lot by friday! Came in saturday test drove it loved it and made the purchase! Honestly if u have bad dealings with these people then ur doing bad by them! Tracy has also always been so helpful when dealing with payment issues! I have sent 3 people to them now and we live over an hour away! The finance companies they use are awesome as well this time around they lowered my interest rate, and let me put a smaller down payment! I highly recommend them if u need an easy purchase! AsIs means just that! Test drive and inspect before u buy people they only have to have the vehicle road worthy hence As-Is however the 50/50 warranty will def cone in handy if i ever do need to use it! Ive only had normal wear and tear issues with all my vehicles

Great experience! Conner rocks! I filled out the app online and a few hours later I we on the phone with him. I didn't have the deposit but knew what was needed. He checked back 2 weeks later and 2 weeks after that. I felt important. He listened to my story and seemed very empathic. I was able to come up with the money 1 day after my app expiring. I called him and he knew exactly who i was. Upon arriving he was both entertaining and professional. We had a great time even with all the not so fun paper signing and legal mumble. So very happy to have wheels again. Thank you Conner!
