That way you can be transparent with the dealership you’re working with and set expectations early that way there is no confusion and wasting time. Khalid and Yasha were very helpful and I was in and out within 2 hours after numbers were agreed upon.

I started communication with Chris over email and text. He was extremely responsive and clear with the pricing. He gave me clear and concrete detail and answered all my dumb questions. He really worked hard to make me happy and confident with the sale. On the day I came to the dealership, it was Chris’ day off and I hadn’t given him any warning I was coming in and just wanted to scope out the truck. As I waited in the lobby, in full military uniform which can be a little uncomfortable for us military folks, I was greeted by Christian, who absolutely helped out right away and showed me the truck and we made a deal happen that day that was fair and direct. Christian was great and made it clear to his managers what I needed and worked tirelessly to make sure I understood everything and was happy. I’m not the richest guy and can’t afford the highest trim, but I’m really happy with my truck and the way Capitol GMC cared for my business.
