2017 Buick Encore Preferred 2

I was looking for a Toyota Sienna and the right trim, color, year and price came up at BMG autos. It was my first time buying from a dealer (I've bought lots of cars privately) and the experience was great. I dropped by to check out the car twice and Maverick let me take as much time as I wanted and a test drive was simply a case of showing my license. Zero pressure but once I decided I was seriously interested Maverick worked with me a little on the price and I dropped by the next day to pick it up. Very efficient sales process and no need to go to the DMV. The van runs great!

From the first contact by email and text, he wasn't constantly calling but just sent info about vehicle I was interested in and waited. When I went to the lot he was friendly, greeted me with a hand shake and was no pressure. Took my information, gave me they keys and encouraged me to get a good test drive and check the vehicle out, of course he had my information but it was great to actually test drive without a salesperson in my ear trying to convince to buy. When I returned, Maverick and I sat down, negotiated a good deal without any back and forth games. I had done my research on vehicle and pricing so I knew what I was willing to pay and all I can say is, I'm very pleased with purchase and price. Also received information on the discount available for car repair services they offer at 40% off. Was nice that it wasn't a high pressure sales tactic that day.
