2014 Buick Encore Convenience

Excellent customer service was given with each and every encounter. The purchase of my 2016 BMW had a few delays initially but they went over and beyond to get everything with my purchase completed as quickly as possible. I even had new owner questions and they were ready to offer assistance well before/after company hours! If I wanted to purchase another used vehicle I’d definitely go here where they treated this customer like family!

I bought a car from Auto Trax and the people there are very friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. Shortly after getting my new car the check engine light appeared and at the time I was still under warranty. They fixed the problem and I had my vehicle back the next day! I couldn't be happier. A few weeks after buying a car from them my best friend also purchased a vehicle from them. They are family owned and their customer service is impeccable!
