Absolutely a terrific staff to deal with this is my second vehicle I purchased here. These are very pleasant people to deal with low pressure. They make the process very easy and they do what they can to get you in a vehicle. I think the store is great.

Cedar Rapids Byrider is hands down the best location to handle business with! Jess in the repairs dept is the glue to that place I swear! She makes the process smooth and stress free!! They also work extremely well with you regarding pricing long as you bring your car to them for repairs and keep your payments coming on time ????

Jess is awesome!!! She is always as helpful as she can be! And so positive! I am finding some thing that are not covered under the warranty, that are needing fixed. Thankfully they aren't too expensive. But they do help with oil changes and finding out anything.
