GAIN PIECE OF MIND BUYING USED WITH A1 AUTO SALES! Buying from a used car dealership can be intimidating, because you don’t know what you are getting. My experience with A1 auto sales was not that. From the very start when I searched their website, I noticed that they have free Carfax on all their vehicles, so you can see the service history before you even go there. They had some great reviews, so after some research I decided to go in and check them out. I worked with Brad while I was waiting for my funds to become available. He did a great job of staying in regular communication with me about the status of the truck that I was looking to purchase. When I looked at the truck for the first time, I noticed a check engine light was on. Brad told me that they had already investigated it and assured me that they would take care of it. After getting my truck home I noticed the check engine light was still on, I texted Brad and asked if they would still resolve the issue. I was kind of worried, because I purchased the truck with an as is warranty. I am pleased to share with you all that A1 auto sales didn’t hesitate to keep their word. They immediately scheduled me an appointment, and got the truck in, and fixed this minor issue at no additional cost. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck! It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I take my hat off to them for their ethical practices, great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and overall great selection of nice vehicles. Me and my wife in a pinch needed to purchase another vehicle so I could get to and from work. We ended up finding a clean 2016 ford focus at A1 auto in council bluffs Iowa. The salesmen weren’t pushy they found us financing for the vehicle and had us out the door in no time. A week later found the transmission started to slip so at this point I’m thinking ow my god “here we go”. I called A1 auto and told them what the problem was and was told they would call me back. Wasn’t sure how this was going to go I waited. Received a call back about an hour later by the salesman (Dawson) who sold us the vehicle. He had spent the last hour searching for a shop that could get us in immediately to take care of the problem. Absolutely amazed by the professionalism and compaction of this company. Thank you so much for taking the time to see us not only as a quick sale but as (human beings) who have to get to work ,or go to the grocery store or be able to go about our lives. We wouldn’t have had the extra money to fix it ourselves and they didn’t have to offer to fix the vehicle for us. Cudos to you Dawson and A1 Auto..
