However, if others who worked here took better notes there would not have been as much frustration involved in my situation. David apologized for others mistakes and took ownership of the situation like a solid team leader should. If you ever have issues here please talk to David before loosing hope. He is a good manager who wants to be fair to people and will take full responsibility of others mistakes before letting anyone on his team lose credibility.
